This hotel is an interesting place for a weekend in Redding. The king studio is quiet and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. Totally recommended for long stay.

This hotel is mediocre. The fact that my room wasn't cleaned daily, with trash piling up is just ridiculous. The breakfast options were non-existent, barely more than a quick-service setup. Oh, and having to deal with a barn door on the bathroom that doesn't lock is just unacceptable. I nearly gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Room cleaning was inconsistent, leaving trash unattended!!! Covered parking is a must for summer guests. The lot gets uncomfortably hot!!! The gym needs basic hygiene supplies like wipes and water for convenience.

The staff were genuinely attentive, with one lady going out of her way to help me find a wine opener. The room offered a comfortable work station. The kitchen area was well-equipped for meal prep, which I found quite convenient .
